Account Deletion Guide
By following this process, your account and data will be permanently deleted, and our team will not be able to recover the account.
On the Website
Ensure your subscription is cancelled through your account Billing Page
- Login to the memoryKPR website using your account.
- Click your profile in the top right corner of the website and select Account from the drop-down menu to open the Account Page.
- Click the Delete Account button at the bottom of the page on the right side.
In the Android App
Ensure your subscription is cancelled through Google Play
- Open the memoryKPR Android app and login to your account.
- Tap on the menu button in the top left corner and tap the Manage Account button under your user name.
- Tap the Delete Account button under the Manage section.
In the iOS App
Ensure your subscription is cancelled through the iOS App Store
- Open the memoryKPR iOS app and login to your account.
- Tap on the menu button in the top left corner and tap the Manage Account button under your user name.
- Tap the Delete Account button under the Manage section.
