How do I gather emails from a story?

To track guest contributions to your story, follow these steps:

Setup requirements

  1. Visit story settings and the Access & Security tab and ensure your story status is set to Public
  2. Enable contributions under the Interaction tab
  3. Turn on the “Require email from contributor” setting

To View Contributor Information

  • Go to Story Settings
  • Select the Interaction tab and scroll down to the Collected Emails section
  • Here you can:

View a list of all contributor emails

  • Export the list as a CSV file
  • Click individual emails to see what content they added
  • Note: This feature is only available for Business accounts and requires guests to provide their email when submitting content.

Tip: This is a great way to track run contests, giveaways, and track participation in your story
