To track guest contributions to your story, follow these steps:
Setup requirements
- Visit story settings and the Access & Security tab and ensure your story status is set to Public
- Enable contributions under the Interaction tab
- Turn on the “Require email from contributor” setting
To View Contributor Information
- Go to Story Settings
- Select the Interaction tab and scroll down to the Collected Emails section
- Here you can:
View a list of all contributor emails
- Export the list as a CSV file
- Click individual emails to see what content they added
- Note: This feature is only available for Business accounts and requires guests to provide their email when submitting content.
Tip: This is a great way to track run contests, giveaways, and track participation in your story
