How do I moderate content in my story / album?

  1. Set your story to Public in Settings on the Access & Security tab.
  2. Then ensure Contributions is enabled under the Interactions tab in Settings, and “Show Contributions” is enabled.
  3. Enable “Require Approval” to manually approve all new content.

New content appears hidden until you approve it. Hidden memories are marked by a banner.

How to Approve Content

Option 1: Use the Manage Tab

Go to the Manage tab.
Click “Hidden” button make the hidden memory visible

Option 2: Edit Mode

Enter Edit Mode.
Click the eye icon on hidden content to make it visible.

Option 3: Bulk Approve Content

Filter memories by “Hidden.”
Select items to approve and update their status to visible via the dropdown.
