How do I invite other people to manage my story?

You can add co-owners to help manage your story. Co-owners can have full editing rights to the story.

To add a co-owner

  1. Go to Story Settings
  2. Select the Access & Security tab
  3. Scroll down and click “Manage” under the “Story Owners” section
  4. Enter the email address of the person you want to add

Important notes

  • The person must have a memoryKPR account to be added as a co-owner
  • They will receive an email invitation to join the story
  • Co-owners can have the same editing rights as the original owner
